Shipping & Fulfillment
- Production time: Orders are made and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.
- U.S. orders: Delivered in about 1 week after fulfillment.
- International orders: Delivery times vary by country.
- Order confirmation: If you don’t see an email within a week, check your spam or promotions folder.
Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
- Returns are only accepted if it’s a defect in the product or a sizing issue.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email info@synchclo.com with your order number and details.
- Two-week policy: Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. After that, we’re unable to process return requests.
Shipping Provider
- Once your order ships, carrier delays or issues are outside of our control.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery problems.
- If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, email us and we’ll help with the next steps.
- Refunds are processed once the package is back with us. Please note, the shipping fee ($6–$8) is non-refundable.
